Rental Deposit - There wil be a required deposit of 25% of the reservation cost to hold the van, the deposit is NONE REFUNDABLE if the reservation is cancelled, but it wil be deducted from the payment when the customer pick up the van.
Early & Late Rental Returns - There are no refunds for early returns. If the rental is dropped off after the designated return time: a $45/per hour charge shall be applied for each hour after the set return time. 3 hours or greater shall be assessed as an additional rental day at contracted rate.
Credit Card Authorization Charge - An authorization charge will be applied on the pick up day to the credit card to be used for the reservation and will be removed after the van is returned with no damages, the amount varies depending on the length of the rental period. Insurance and Identification
Insurance and Identification - During the reservation process a valid Driver License and a valid insurance must be submitted for all the drivers who will operate the van. The insurance must cover all the damages to the van including the total loss. You must contact your agent and make sure your insurance will extend covererage to passenger van rental for personal and business use. No drivers are allowed to operate the van if they have not been approved and added to the rental agreement.
Loss of Use - Most major insurers cover rental car collision damage but not Loss of Use. Call your insurance company and double check rather than assuming you are covered. Premier Van Services, LLC is entitled to recover the cost of preserving the car and any loss of use for a reasonable period of time until it can be repaired or replaced.
Van Breakdown - In the event of a mechanical breakdown that is determined by the dealership to be caused by the customer and not a manufacturer defect, the customer is responsible for all towing costs to return the vehicle to the same location where it was originally picked up. This van requires towing on a flatbed tow truck only.
Accident - In the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for all towing costs to return the vehicle to the same location where it was originally picked up. This van requires towing on a flatbed tow truck only. Contact our office immediately in case of an accident.

Spare Tire and Jack - Van equipped with a spare tire and a jack with a lug wrench located on the passenger side at the doorstep. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to replace the tire with the spare provided in the event of a flat tire. We do not provide flat tire replacement service. The customer is responsible for the replacement costs of the tire, Please call the office for assistance.
Geographic Restrictions - The van CANNOT be taken outside of the State of TEXAS without written permission from Premier Van Services, LLC. Should the vehicle be taken outside of the State of TEXAS without prior written authorization from management, the customer will be charged a $900.00 out of state fee, plus all daily mile allowance will be voided and the customer will be charged $1.40 per mile starting on the first day of rental.
Certain van models run only on Diesel Fuel - Before leasing the vehicle, Premier Van Services LLC. will inform the customer of maintenance and fuel grade requirements for their leased van. If the customer puts gasoline in a diesel fuel van or diesel in a gasoline van, any insurance coverage for the rental period will be voided and the customer will be responsible for replacement of parts, repair costs, and loss of business use.
Van not returned in clean condition may be subject to the following cleaning fees:
Any vehicles that require cleaning measures above and beyond those listed above, cleaning will be treated as damage. The cost to return the vehicle to its pre-rental condition will be charged to the customer.
Refuel Charge Rate - If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel or less fuel than it was delivered to you and have not purchased any of our Fuel Tank Special option, you will be charged for the cost of filling the tank at the rate of $6.00 per gallon of diesel or $5.00 per gallon of gasoline.
Over Mileage - Every rental includes a certain amount of mileages dependent on the length of the rental and the van category. The over mileage is rate is $0.40 per mile. You may add additional mileage to your rental by purchasing one of our Additional Mileage or Unlimited Mileage option.
Broken Windshields from Road Debris - YOU are responsible for the damage to the windshield.
Roof Damage - Be aware of parking structre, these vans have higher roofs than the average SUV.
Monitoring & Tracking Systems - All vans are equipped with monitoring systems to track the location, behavior, and health of the vehicle while beeing rented

Terms & Conditions - By signing the contract agreement at pick up, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement or otherwise attached here to. You are entering into an agreement with Premier Van Services, LLC, a Texas based corporation (hereafter “Premier Van Services, LLC”, “we”, or “us”). You also agree to be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of authorized drivers while driving the vehicle and their failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
