You must use your own insurance, and you should call your insurance agent to find out if their coverage extends to rental vehicle vans and Loss of Use. We do not offer insurance options.

No. Our rentals have a daily limit of 250 miles, unless you purchase extra mileage for your trip.

You must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver's license, a valid insurance that cover van rental, and a major credit on which we can preauthorize your estimated rental charges plus a security deposit. All drivers must be at least 21 years old.

Yes. Only with a written approval in the contract by our office. You are responsible to bring the van back to the pick up location. You are responsible of all costs to bring the van back. unless it is mechanical issue at not fault.

Van cannot be taken outside the country. 

Monday to Sunday: 7am to 7pm

The credit card authorization will be an extra safety measure if the van had damages during your rental period. it will be removed if the van had no damages.

The van will be full of gas when you pick it up and we ask that you return it full, or you can purchase the prefuel option.

We Offer the latest models, lower-mileage vans, we minimize potential mechanical issues. However, there is always a chance that a problem may occur. We have a 24-hour answering service that you can reach by calling our business number. The answering service will put you in contact with one of us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Someone will always meet you at dropoff. At some situations, we provide a key drop for our customer’s convenience. However, customers are responsible for the condition of the vehicle until the next business morning and the first opportunity for the vehicle to be checked in by our office.

We will clean the inside and outside of the van upon its return. However, there is the potential for a cleaning fee if the van is returned excessively dirty, inside or out. 

Absolutly NOT!! You will be charged a minimum fee of $150.00 to remove the odors, replace the air filters, and clean the upholstry from the odors.

No. Our vans are not equipped with a trailer hitch.
